The hotel, as its name suggests, is themed from a fictional place named Camelot. Its eye-catching external architecture is castle-inspired located in a bustling city where high-rise buildings and modern structures are common. Inside, the hotel is even more inspired by medieval times from its flooring, walls, to furnitures and decors. It has a restaurant and bar at the lobby and function halls. The room is quite a downgrade from its elaborate lobby design, and most furniture and cabinets are old and unusable. A/C needs reconditioning.

I suggest they install white lights. The room is not suitable for doing office works, it's quite dim. No chair with back rest, working with papers brings you back ache

Medieval feels... I just wonder why do they have to charge a supposed free Wifi, esp when the mobile signal is so low.

This place manages to make the medieval theme bearable with the Filipino preferences. The rooms were nice. Fully air-conditioned the moment you go in. So many storage spaces. And clean sheets as you check in. However, the TV was not working while the refrigerator was making strange noises every now and then due to its old age. There are some surfaces that needed cleaning especially in hallways. I wouldn't consider the service to be "friendly". It felt like we were not welcome and should immediately leave as soon as we check out. A smile won't cost much but improves the overall experience. The main charm of this hotel is its location. Walking distance to so many restaurants and public transport. A cheap grab drive away from major tourist spots and a tricycle plus metro ride away from 2 major malls. Overall, the experience was nice, dealing the reception is the last thing I wanted from this hotel.

The front office staff are not friendly. They would require you to present the booking confirmation even id you present a valid ID and in spite that the room has been paid in advance. I find this ridiculous as in a 5 star hotel, they wouldn't ask you for it provided you have an ID and will just search your reservation through the name. The couches are dirty, shower curtains and cabinets. There is a bad smell that lingers inside the comfort room even if it has a built in exhaust fan as well as inside the room. No bell man available to help with the luggages, instead, you have to insist so that someone will assist you. Toiletries are with additionla charge and NO WIFI.

This is a nice themed hotel and is very affordable. Check in and check out was very smooth. The facilities and rooms were clean. The personnel were very accommodating and room service is reliable. We had no problems whatsoever. It’s also in a nice little spot with food establishments around it. We loved going to Dungeon Bar which was in the basement of the hotel.
